In addtion, Echelon can prepare meals to order in your home or deliver to your door, ready to serve or for stocking the freezer. This is an ideal option for busy professionals, supper clubs and a thoughful service to the sick, grieving or elderly.

Sample Menu: Brunch Menu Options

Brunch Menu

  • Brunch Sandwich Display: Combination of the following
    • Buttermilk biscuits layered with scrambled eggs, sausage and smoky cheddar
    • Flaky croissants filled with creamy spinach and feta
    • Toasted English muffin topped with chive and parsley omelet style eggs, sliced tomato and Canadian Bacon                                     
  • Warm Crab Soufflé: crabmeat mixed with Gouda and baked until lightly browned and airy.
  • Corned Beef and Hash: Sautéed mixture of corned beef, onions, potatoes and spices
  • Sausage Balls: Mini Sausage Balls sprinkled with cheese
  • Display of Fresh Fruit: Seasonal fruit sliced and served with a yogurt dipping sauce
  • Muffin Duo: Freshly baked blueberry, banana-nut, apple cinnamon, strawberry or poppy seed muffins
  •  Beverages: Choice of Juice (Orange, Pineapple or Apple) and Coffee
 
Bridal Brunch Menu
  • Spinach & Mushroom Crepes: Freshly baked crepes filled with a creamy mixture of cheese, sautéed spinach & mushroom
  • Sausage Balls: Mini Sausage Balls sprinkled with cheese
  • Potato Frittata: Italian omelet stuffed with shredded potato and caramelized onions, then baked until lightly browned
  • Southern Eggs Benedict: Homemade, butter biscuits, served open faced and topped with thinly sliced ham and scrambled eggs then drizzled with cream cheese hollandaise sauce
  • Display of Fresh Fruit: Seasonal fruit sliced and served with a yogurt dipping sauce
  • Breakfast Bread and Pastry Trio: Choice of freshly baked Muffins, Scones or Danishes:
  • Muffins: blueberry, banana-nut, apple cinnamon, strawberry or poppy seed muffins
  • Scones: Apple Cinnamon, Pure Butter, or Blueberry
  • Danish: Apple-Pecan, Apricot-Cherry or Lemon-Blueberry
  • Beverages: Choice of Juice (Orange, Pineapple or Apple) and Coffee
Corporate Brunch
  • Shrimp & Grits: Fresh Grits combined with large sautéed shrimp, bell peppers, leeks and mushrooms
  • Steak, Egg and Smoked Gouda Quesadillas:
  • Potato Frittata: Italian omelet stuffed with shredded potato and caramelized onions, then baked until lightly browned
  • Corn and Zucchini Pudding: sautéed onion and zucchini mixed with corn and grated sharp cheese; baked until smooth and creamy
  • Scrambled Eggs with Chorizo and Peppers: scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo and peppers; eggs are scrambled on-site
  • Smoked Salmon Display: Smoked salmon served with cream cheese and toasted mini bagels
  • Display of Fresh Fruit: Seasonal fruit sliced and served with a yogurt dipping sauce
  •   Combination of Breakfast Breads and Pastries: Freshly baked biscuits, muffins and scones, served with jam and butter
