Display: Combination of the following Buttermilk biscuits layered with scrambled eggs, sausage and smoky cheddar Flaky croissants filled with creamy spinach
and feta Toasted English muffin topped with chive and parsley omelet style eggs, sliced tomato and Canadian Bacon
Warm Crab Soufflé:
crabmeat mixed with Gouda and baked until lightly browned and airy. Corned Beef and
Hash: Sautéed mixture of corned beef, onions, potatoes and spices Sausage
