"We have had a great experience with Echelon Catering at
several events. First we had the Beef Tenderloin and Pork Pico de Gallo, which were our favorites
at a Christmas party. Then we went to an open house event and had the stuffed mushrooms and smoked salmon tartare, which
are also favorites. We attended a fabulous cooking demo with Chef Gray and our favorites were the Ceviche, Croquettes and
Chocolate Bread Pudding - YUM! After all of these wonderful foods and experiences, we are using Echelon Catering for
our wedding rehearsal dinner and reception. The Director of Events is very patient, professional, takes care of all
the details and always goes the extra mile. Echelon took a few of our favorite foods and came up with a great menu to
fit our budget and tastes. We are excited to have all of our family and friends together with the help of Echelon Catering!"

We
can not express how pleased we were with Echelon Catering By Design. From the moment we started planning the event, Danielle
Dunsker promptly returned calls and emails and was very professional and most helpful. We wanted a fun mediterranean theme
with exotic flavors that would appeal to a large group. Danielle and Gray planned the perfect menu. The evening of the party
Echelon came to our home on time and got everything set up beautifully. Everyone was raving how delicious the food was. Some
of the favorites were Mustard and Pomegranate marinated Pork Skewers with smoked eggplant dip, Fideo Noodle Salad with Roasted
Vegetables and sherry Vinaigrette, Hazelnut Crusted Shrimp with Romesco Vinaigrette and the Walnut and Almond candies and
Pine nut Cappuccino Crunch. After the party the house was left in perfect condition. It couldn't have been any easier or tastier.
